Description

CCG E1EX Series ATEX/IECEx cable glands with patented Variable Deluge Seal™ for steel wire and aluminium wire armoured cables in Group II/III hazardous areas. The Variable Deluge Seal™ accommodates cable over-sheath diameter variations without changing gland size — reducing stock requirements. Dual seal design. IP68. Zone 1/21, Ex d IIC. Variants include E1EX-VS for VSD/lead sheathed cable and E1EX Lead Seal for lead sheathed armoured cable. Used on offshore topsides, subsea junction boxes, and onshore refinery instrument loops.
