Description

CCG VORTEx (VX) Series barrier ATEX/IECEx cable glands for unfilled and gas-blocked cables in Zone 1/21 hazardous areas. Barrier seal prevents gas migration through unfilled cable cores — critical where cable runs between Zone 1 and safe areas. Available across D1EX, E1EX, A2EX, and CWe/CXe families as VX variants. Zone 1 Ex d IIC, IP68. Used at cable penetrations between hazardous and safe classified areas in refineries, offshore platforms, and gas processing plants.
