Brad M12 B-Code Profibus Connector

Description

Molex Brad M12 B-code 5-pin Profibus connectors per IEC 61076-2-101. B-coding prevents mating with A-code sensor connectors in mixed M12 installations. IP67. Supports Profibus DP at up to 12Mbps. Termination resistor network integrated in some receptacle variants. Used to connect Profibus DP slaves — drives, I/O modules, encoders, and field instruments — in process and factory automation systems where M12 connectivity is preferred over the legacy 9-pin D-sub Profibus connector.
