Description

ODU AMC (Advanced Military Connector) circular connector series — an extremely robust, lightweight aluminium push-pull and break-away circular connector designed for military, security, and demanding industrial applications. 2–55 contacts. IP68 sealed. -55 to +125°C. Minimum 5,000 mating cycles. Self-centring push-pull coupling provides fast, secure mating in field conditions with one hand. Designed as a lightweight alternative to MIL-DTL-38999 where the extreme MIL-spec environmental requirements are not needed but ruggedisation beyond standard industrial connectors is essential. Used in portable military communications, surveillance systems, UAV ground stations, and tactical electronics.
