STU Type Disconnect Switch

Description

Patton & Cooke STU Type disconnect switch for medium-voltage overhead and underground utility distribution systems. 15kV, 25kV, and 35kV class. Manual gang-operated air-break disconnect for isolating cable sections and switching distribution circuits during planned maintenance or fault isolation. Available in centre break parallel, centre break slant, and side break configurations to suit overhead line geometry. Used by Canadian and international utilities for feeder sectionalising, transformer bank switching, and capacitor bank switching in distribution substations. Manufactured to CSA and IEEE standards.
