Description

Patton & Cooke substation connectors for medium-voltage underground power distribution systems. Dead-break (de-energised mating) elbow and straight configurations for 15kV, 25kV, and 35kV class cables. EPDM or silicone rubber insulation. Used in utility substations, pad-mounted transformers, and switchgear for underground residential distribution (URD) and commercial/industrial service entrances. Fully shielded and deadfront design eliminates exposed live parts. Compatible with industry-standard loadbreak elbows and separable insulated connectors (IEEE 386). Canadian utility standard design manufactured to CSA and IEEE specifications.
