Description

Patton & Cooke Series high-voltage trailing cable couplers for underground mining mobile equipment. Rated to 15kV class, 3-phase power with pilot and ground monitor contacts. Neoprene/rubber moulded housing withstands the mechanical abuse of underground mining — dragging, crushing, and immersion. IP67. Twist-lock or bayonet coupling. Used on continuous miners, shuttle cars, longwall shearers, and roof bolters where trailing cables must be safely connected and disconnected during production without de-energising the entire system. CSA and UL listed to mining electrical codes. Manufactured in Canada since 1961.
