Description

SGA Technologies UK glass-to-metal and ceramic-to-metal hermetic sealing services for connector pins, feed-throughs, and sensor housings. Helium leak-tested to 1×10⁻⁹ mbar·l/s. Pressure ratings to 700 bar. Materials: Kovar, stainless steel, titanium, borosilicate glass. Applications include downhole pressure transducers, subsea feed-throughs, ATEX hermetic connectors, aerospace instruments, and implantable medical devices. In-house sealing and assembly to MIL-STD-202 and IEC 60068.
