221 COMPACT Lever-Nut — 2-Conductor
Description
WAGO 221-412 COMPACT Lever-Nut 2-conductor splicing connector — the most widely used lever-operated wire connector in North America. Accepts solid, stranded, and fine-stranded wire from 24 AWG to 12 AWG (0.2–4 mm²) without wire end preparation. The lever lifts to insert the wire, then closes to clamp — no tool required. Transparent housing provides visual confirmation of full insertion depth. 600V / 20A rating covers most residential and light commercial wiring. CSA C22.2 No. 188, UL 486C, and IEC 60998-2-2 listed.
