Description

Yamaichi IC test and burn-in socket for BGA, LGA, QFN, and custom IC packages used in semiconductor device qualification. Pogo-pin or elastomeric contact technology maintains < 20 mΩ contact resistance per pin across 10,000 thermal cycles from -55°C to +175°C — enabling HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life), TC (Thermal Cycling), and HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test) qualification of automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) and mil-aero (MIL-PRF-38535) integrated circuits. Custom-engineered to any package footprint.
